Refund and Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in its original condition, with the seal intact and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Opened products cannot be returned under any circumstances.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us at hello@jodanelife.com. Please do not send your item back without first contacting us and receiving approval. Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item arrives damaged or you have received the wrong product, please contact us immediately at hello@jodanelife.com with details and photographic evidence. Damaged or incorrect items will be assessed on a case by case basis and we will work to put it right.

Sale Items

Items purchased during a sale or promotional period are not eligible for a return or refund.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at hello@jodanelife.com.
